如何進行多組卡方檢驗的兩兩比較_多組卡方檢驗spss

如有三組數(shù)據(jù)，組別為A、B、C，先進行三組間的卡方檢驗，現(xiàn)想對三組間進行兩兩檢驗比較，如何進行呢？可否分別對兩組進行卡方檢驗？會不會降低檢驗效能呢?

先檢驗整體,如果整體存在差異不需要,
如過不存在,需要



假設(shè)需要，如何進行，是單獨進行A與B、A與C、B與C再用卡方檢驗？還是有一種參數(shù)設(shè)置，直接得出A、B兩組、A、C兩組或B、C兩組間檢驗的卡方統(tǒng)計量和P值？



一個簡單但是Conservative的方法是用Bonferroni方法來調(diào)整每個檢驗的檢驗水平。在這里你要進行兩兩比較，那么就有3個假設(shè)檢驗需要進行推斷，如果整體的檢驗水平為alpha的話，每個假設(shè)檢驗的檢驗水平為alpha/3. 這樣做是為了控制第一類錯誤率。因為如果不調(diào)整檢驗水平的話，你的檢驗過程將inflate第一類錯誤率。



用SPSS進行變量多組之間兩兩比較卡方檢驗
點擊“數(shù)據(jù)（Data）”→“選擇個案（SelectCase）”→“如果條件滿足（Ifconditionissatisfied）”→“如果（If）”→在右上方的文字框內(nèi)輸入要比較的變量，例如要比較“列變量1”與“列變量3”，那么你就輸入“列變量名=1or列變量名=3”→繼續(xù)（continue）→確定（OK
