推進(jìn)“大數(shù)據(jù)”應(yīng)用_數(shù)據(jù)分析師培訓(xùn)


日同百度在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)（北京）有限公司、阿里巴巴（中國）有限公司等11家企業(yè)簽訂了大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議，共同推進(jìn)大數(shù)據(jù)在政府統(tǒng)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用。

據(jù)介紹，此次國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局與11家企業(yè)以開展戰(zhàn)略合作的內(nèi)容，主要是共同研究探討建立大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的統(tǒng)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括指標(biāo)定義、口徑、范圍、分類等；確定利用企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)完善、補(bǔ)充政府統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)容、形式及實(shí)施步驟，包括數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理、分析、挖掘、發(fā)布等。在此基礎(chǔ)上，合作雙方將建立戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。

國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局局長馬建堂表示，當(dāng)前一個(gè)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)、分享和利用大數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)代正在來臨。就政府而言，大數(shù)據(jù)必將成為宏觀調(diào)控、國家治理、社會(huì)管理的信息基礎(chǔ)；就企業(yè)來說，誰能夠有效應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)，誰就占得了市場。大數(shù)據(jù)為政府統(tǒng)計(jì)提供總體性、豐富真實(shí)的原始資料，可以極大地縮短數(shù)據(jù)采集時(shí)間，提高統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
