東方國信:跨國收購Cotopaxi,強化工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)布局


維持“增持”評級,上調(diào)目標價到37.44元。東方國信作為A 股大數(shù)據(jù)的首選標的,此次收購Cotopaxi 正式進入工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域,將拓展出新的業(yè)務(wù)藍海。我們上修2015-2016年EPS 為0.39元(+10%)/0.57元(+3%),維持 “增持”評級,考慮到公司在大數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域“內(nèi)生+外延”的良好成長性,給予2015年2倍PEG,上修目標價至37.44元(+106%),距離當前價位52%空間。

跨國并購工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)標的Cotopaxi。公司公告以自有資金1810萬英鎊收購Cotopaxi 公司100%股權(quán),后者主要基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)等核心技術(shù)能力為全球工業(yè)及商業(yè)企業(yè)提供能源與過程優(yōu)化軟件平臺及咨詢服務(wù),其業(yè)務(wù)已遍布全球35個國家,為近400家工廠部署了約5萬個不同類型的監(jiān)測點,主要客戶包括聯(lián)合利華、帝亞吉歐、王子食品、怡樂包裝等。市場此前將東方國信定位為運營商大數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè),雖此前通過并購科瑞明、北科億力向非運營商領(lǐng)域跨出了第一步,但距離形成生態(tài)閉環(huán)尚有差距,與工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)首選大數(shù)據(jù)標的的定位總有差距。此次收購Cotopaxi 除進一步強化工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)能力外,還在前端傳感及數(shù)據(jù)采集方面做出了延伸且提供了豐富的下游客戶資源。我們判斷,公司除繼續(xù)開拓銀行、運營商客戶價值外,還將通過Cotopaxi深挖B 端工業(yè)用戶價值。
