中國聯(lián)通將與西班牙電信成立大數(shù)據(jù)公司


據(jù)內(nèi)部人士透露，上周中國聯(lián)通總裁辦公會已確定與西班牙電信成立合資公司一事，籌備組業(yè)已成立，不久合資公司就將掛牌。

　　據(jù)中國通信網(wǎng)5月4日消息，根據(jù)協(xié)議，合資公司總資本為1億元，其中聯(lián)通出資6000萬元人民幣，西班牙電信出資4000萬元。由聯(lián)通寬帶公司旗下專事運營位置數(shù)據(jù)的北京新時訊無限傳媒廣告有限公司牽頭籌備，籌備組組長為該廣告公司總經(jīng)理李振軍。

　　據(jù)了解，合資公司將在中國市場開展基于位置的大數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)，比如精準(zhǔn)營銷等。聯(lián)通同時還在與澳大利亞電訊進(jìn)行談判，有望成立一家車聯(lián)網(wǎng)及相關(guān)大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)公司。

　　此次與西班牙電信成立合資公司，可以看做是聯(lián)通進(jìn)一步加大大數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的決心。雖然公司初期是定位在位置信息服務(wù)的大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)，但是未來有計劃進(jìn)一步整合其他類型數(shù)據(jù)，以形成結(jié)構(gòu)化的數(shù)據(jù)分析，提高數(shù)據(jù)含金量。
