貴陽實踐“大數(shù)據(jù)”催生“中國數(shù)谷”


昨天，由中信出版集團(tuán)出版、大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略重點實驗室最新研究成果《塊數(shù)據(jù)——大數(shù)據(jù)時代真正到來的標(biāo)志》一書，在“2015貴陽國際大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會暨全球大數(shù)據(jù)時代貴陽峰會新聞發(fā)布會”上首發(fā)。

人類社會正從IT時代邁向DT時代，塊數(shù)據(jù)理論成為驅(qū)動“中國數(shù)谷”崛起的真正推手。大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略重點實驗室主任連玉明在新書發(fā)布會上說，在不到一年的時間里，正在崛起的“中國數(shù)谷”貴陽奇跡般地創(chuàng)造出五個“中國第一”，即中國首個大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略重點實驗室、中國首個全域公共免費WIFI城市、中國首個塊上集聚的大數(shù)據(jù)公共平臺、中國首個政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放示范城市和中國首個大數(shù)據(jù)交易所。

今年2月12日工信部批準(zhǔn)貴陽、貴安新區(qū)共同創(chuàng)建國家級大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展集聚區(qū)，標(biāo)志著“中國數(shù)谷”在貴陽正式落戶。最先進(jìn)的大數(shù)據(jù)為什么生長在欠發(fā)達(dá)的貴陽？連玉明說，講天時，貴陽站在了大數(shù)據(jù)的風(fēng)口上；論地利，貴陽擁有無災(zāi)害、充足的電源和適宜的氣候這三大最適合發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)的優(yōu)勢；此外，貴陽還擁有“知行合一”的城市精神，“一想二干三成功”，人類將以“塊數(shù)據(jù)”為標(biāo)志，真正步入大數(shù)據(jù)時代。

《塊數(shù)據(jù)》一書根據(jù)貴陽市主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出的塊數(shù)據(jù)概念及其理論，由大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略重點實驗室組織課題組完成。大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略重點實驗室研究認(rèn)為，大數(shù)據(jù)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動已經(jīng)超出了所有最偉大的預(yù)言家的預(yù)測，而《塊數(shù)據(jù)》一書把大數(shù)據(jù)對社會發(fā)展的推動描繪為一個史詩般的劇目，這出劇的序幕正準(zhǔn)備拉開或者說剛剛拉開，拉開序幕的推手正是塊數(shù)據(jù)。馬云認(rèn)為，這本書對于塊數(shù)據(jù)、條數(shù)據(jù)的認(rèn)知，對于塊數(shù)據(jù)之于未來經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會變革的影響分析，對于云計算領(lǐng)域的預(yù)判和布局，是極具前瞻性的，站在了時代的最前沿。
