法治中國(guó)進(jìn)程中，哪些法律問(wèn)題最讓老百姓頭疼？公眾需要什么樣的法律服務(wù)？全民普法如何更見(jiàn)實(shí)效？中山大學(xué)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與國(guó)家治理研究中心近日在無(wú)錫開(kāi)展了一項(xiàng)法律需求調(diào)查，首次用大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)老百姓的法治生活進(jìn)行全景式“精準(zhǔn)掃描”。

　　這份大數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告是在200萬(wàn)條數(shù)據(jù)樣本分析基礎(chǔ)上形成。調(diào)查顯示，無(wú)錫市民日常生活中最常遇到的法律困惑和糾紛，家庭婚姻、財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)利和債務(wù)債權(quán)排名前三?；橐黾m紛中情感不和占50%以上,其次為父母影響、子女教育和家庭暴力；債權(quán)債務(wù)糾紛中,欠錢不還以67.5%成為最主要的問(wèn)題,顯示“老賴”頗困擾市民。

　　去年，無(wú)錫市民法律咨詢量急劇增長(zhǎng)，公眾對(duì)法律服務(wù)的需求明顯提升、要求越來(lái)越高。相對(duì)于觀看法制節(jié)目、閱讀法制書(shū)籍等傳統(tǒng)渠道，人們更愿意通過(guò)網(wǎng)站、平臺(tái)、移動(dòng)終端等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普法矩陣，接受個(gè)性化的精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)。
