無錫大數(shù)據(jù)分析法律需求 婚姻財產(chǎn)債務排名前三


法治中國進程中，哪些法律問題最讓老百姓頭疼？公眾需要什么樣的法律服務？全民普法如何更見實效？中山大學互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與國家治理研究中心近日在無錫開展了一項法律需求調查，首次用大數(shù)據(jù)對老百姓的法治生活進行全景式“精準掃描”。

　　這份大數(shù)據(jù)報告是在200萬條數(shù)據(jù)樣本分析基礎上形成。調查顯示，無錫市民日常生活中最常遇到的法律困惑和糾紛，家庭婚姻、財產(chǎn)權利和債務債權排名前三。婚姻糾紛中情感不和占50%以上,其次為父母影響、子女教育和家庭暴力；債權債務糾紛中,欠錢不還以67.5%成為最主要的問題,顯示“老賴”頗困擾市民。

　　去年，無錫市民法律咨詢量急劇增長，公眾對法律服務的需求明顯提升、要求越來越高。相對于觀看法制節(jié)目、閱讀法制書籍等傳統(tǒng)渠道，人們更愿意通過網(wǎng)站、平臺、移動終端等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普法矩陣，接受個性化的精準服務。
