Sizable Foreign buying office in Shanghai.
 
Responsibility：
1.     Provide key process and product metric data and information to the team of Product Technologist and the Operations team.  Create and develop business strategy presentations and different pitches.
2.     Achieve company’s department goal, and enable weekly, monthly, & quarterly reviews. 
3.     different department performance Analysis
4.     Build collection scores
5.     Database and System Maintenance
6.     Keep improving data collecting and reporting process to achieve high operational efficiency.
7.     Summarize data into an easy-to-understand format. Develop evaluation way to improve database and system efficient.
8.     Document Control Centre Functionality
9.     To be a master of Document Control Centre (DCC), develop DCC system.
 
Requirements:
1.     Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative analysis field。
2.     5 years working experience in data analyst or statistical analysis.
3.     Strong interest in using data for business insight.
4.     Ability in learning and applying analytical skills for business analysis, strong programming skills is a plus.
5.     Experience in configuring SPSS scores，especially in Mini-TAB & Excel.
6.     Excellent English communication (both oral and written).
7.     Big data will be an added advantage
