崗位職責(zé)：
1、實現(xiàn)對業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析模型的研究、搭建和優(yōu)化；
2、參與公司大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品建設(shè)，協(xié)助公司研發(fā)人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品建設(shè)，提供數(shù)據(jù)分析功能模塊的設(shè)計方案，并跟進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展實時更新數(shù)據(jù)分析模型，保證公司產(chǎn)品的競爭力；
3、配合研發(fā)部門完成數(shù)據(jù)模型的搭建與實現(xiàn)；
4、探索并歸納各項行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)及指標(biāo)，了解行業(yè)發(fā)展方向及數(shù)據(jù)情況，為優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計提供支持。
5、負(fù)責(zé)組織項目的策劃、論證。
任職要求：
1、性別不限，30歲以上；
2、5年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗。
3、統(tǒng)招大專以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限；
4、知識能力：有良好溝通表達(dá)能力對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，有較強(qiáng)的公文寫作能力
