EXCEL是我們在工作中經(jīng)常用到的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和分析工具，我們在使用EXCEL分析數(shù)據(jù)，制作圖表時經(jīng)常會遇到有重復(fù)值需要處理的狀況，今天小編與大家分享的就是EXCEL重復(fù)值處理的一些方法和技巧，希望對大家有所幫助。

1.選中需要刪除重復(fù)值的活動單元格，單擊菜單欄【數(shù)據(jù)】—【刪除重復(fù)項】，之后會出現(xiàn)【刪除重復(fù)項】對話框，在對話框中選擇重復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)所在的列(字段)。

這里需要注意，需要根據(jù)實際情況以及該列的數(shù)據(jù)性質(zhì)來定義重復(fù)值。

這種重復(fù)值處理方法只能告訴我們最后的結(jié)果，我們并不能知曉那些數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)了，重復(fù)了幾次。

2.選中單元格數(shù)據(jù)，點擊【開始】-【條件格式】-選擇【突出顯示單元格規(guī)則】-點擊【重復(fù)值】，這樣我們就能清楚看到那些數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)了，是否需要刪除。

3.選中單元格數(shù)據(jù)，然后在菜單欄點擊【數(shù)據(jù)】——【高級】會出現(xiàn)【高級篩選】對話框。在對話框中選擇數(shù)據(jù)清單所在的單元格區(qū)域，一般情況下都是自動生成的。篩選方式上，通常選擇“將篩選結(jié)果復(fù)制到其他位置”，最后一項，也是刪除重復(fù)項最關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)，必須勾選：【選擇不重復(fù)的記錄】。

4.函數(shù)法

COUNTIF函數(shù)是Excel中對指定區(qū)域中符合指定條件的單元格計數(shù)的一個函數(shù)，包含兩個參數(shù)，COUNTIF(條件區(qū)域，條件)，第一個參數(shù)輸入條件區(qū)域，第二個參數(shù)輸入條件。如圖，在C2單元格輸入“=COUNTIF($A2:2:A$58.A2)”，然后按F4添加絕對值，最后按回車，拖動即可。
