崗位職責(zé)：

1、對公司業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化整合和清洗處理，為公司業(yè)務(wù)管理和運營提供所需的報表和統(tǒng)計信息
2、使用技術(shù)手段和數(shù)據(jù)分析模型對較大量的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，為公司管理層提供決策支持。
3、參與開發(fā)實施公司的運營統(tǒng)計分析系統(tǒng)


任職要求：

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)據(jù)分析、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、信息管理等專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。

2、熟悉MySQL等關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫，熟練使用SQL語言
3、具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析的能力， 有ETL和BI項目開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先

4、熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具或者計算機語言（如R語言）進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析

5、熟悉并能應(yīng)用常用的數(shù)據(jù)分析模型和算法
6、良好的溝通和表達(dá)能力，具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感性和邏輯性。
