崗位職責：

1.挖掘和清洗各類數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)，梳理業(yè)務場景和模型開發(fā)中所需變量；

2.與模型工程師協(xié)作，支持建模的數(shù)據(jù)分析與優(yōu)化；

3.負責相關報表的采集、整理與報出


任職要求：

1.本科或以上學歷，計算機、數(shù)學、計量經(jīng)濟學、統(tǒng)計等相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)；

2.2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析相關經(jīng)驗，能使用SAS進行數(shù)據(jù)分析與建模；

3.精通SQL語言，熟練應用Mysql等關系數(shù)據(jù)庫，熟練掌握大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術的使用（Hadoop、Hbase、Spark等）

4.對數(shù)字敏感，且數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務運營充滿濃厚興趣，并具備一定的抗壓能力；

5.有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、金融行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
