崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘；

2、應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘建立數(shù)據(jù)模型解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。

任職要求：

1、計(jì)算機(jī)、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；

2、熟悉常用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法，包括但不限于決策樹(shù)，邏輯回歸，支持向量機(jī)，神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，聚類等；

3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)挖掘類軟件（SAS、SPSSModeler、R、Python至少一種）；

4、熟練操作主流數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Oracle、SQLServer、Mysql等)；

5、可將業(yè)務(wù)需求轉(zhuǎn)化為模型，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的需求分析、建模、驗(yàn)證。

優(yōu)先條件: 有商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)控建模、精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)建模項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。（此崗位歡迎優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生）
