崗位職責：

1、負責日常數(shù)據(jù)計算、統(tǒng)計、配以圖表及分析；

2、負責挖掘、提取、優(yōu)化、完善數(shù)據(jù)、確保準確性及實用性；

3、及時、高效組織完成數(shù)據(jù)提取工作，監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)準確性和完整性；

4、定期進行數(shù)據(jù)分析報告撰寫及數(shù)據(jù)匯報工作，按時完成日報、周報、月報的數(shù)據(jù)匯報工作；

5、完成董事長安排其它任務(wù)；

任職要求：

1、中國人民大學畢業(yè)，學統(tǒng)計學專業(yè)的優(yōu)先；

2、頭腦聰明，邏輯清晰，具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和解決問題能力；

3、精通excel(數(shù)據(jù)透視表、各種常用公式)；

4、具備良好的道德品質(zhì)、較好的適崗能力和潛力；

5、責任心強，工作認真細致，有條理，可承擔一定的工作壓力；
