R學(xué)習(xí)如何進(jìn)行配對T檢驗

T檢驗是小樣本均值比較的正選手段。根據(jù)抽樣數(shù)據(jù)的性質(zhì)不同，T檢驗又分為單樣本T檢驗、配對T檢驗和獨立樣本T檢驗，并有一些諸如總體正態(tài)分布、方差齊性等前置要求。這里我們只簡單講一下配對T檢驗的實現(xiàn)過程。

首先我們生成一組事前和事后的績效樣本：

>pretest<-c(85,78,82,79,73,68)
>aftertest<-c(86,78,80,82,75,70)

然后用T.TEST命令執(zhí)行T檢驗并查看結(jié)果：

>t.test(pretest,aftertest,paired=T)

Pairedt-test

由于默認(rèn)是雙尾檢驗，P值應(yīng)該小于0.025才會推翻原假設(shè)，而檢驗P值結(jié)果為0.2292，故不能推翻原假設(shè)，即事前跟事后沒有明顯差異。

上面默認(rèn)是雙尾檢驗，下面看一下單尾（大于）檢驗：

>t.test(pretest,aftertest,paired=T,alternative="greater")

毫無意外，檢驗不通過，無明顯差異。

T.TEST的默認(rèn)置信度為0.95，如果調(diào)整置信度的話，只需加入conf.level參數(shù)：
