前幾天，院長寫了一篇關(guān)于多個工作表數(shù)據(jù)匯總的文章。

然后，不斷有小伙伴留言說，匯總數(shù)據(jù)拆分多個工作表，我也是復(fù)制粘貼的啊。

假設(shè)公司有150位員工，每位員工要有個人工資單，不就得復(fù)制粘貼300遍，算上新建工作表的時間……（額，院長先去睡一覺~）

吶，今天讓院長教你吧~如何通過數(shù)據(jù)透視表把匯報數(shù)據(jù)拆分成多個工作表。

大家好，我是案例

　院長需要把每位員工的基本信息單獨存放到一張工作表里面，工作表以姓名命名。

1. 插入數(shù)據(jù)透視表，按順序設(shè)置字段

1.1全選數(shù)據(jù)，在現(xiàn)有工作表插入【數(shù)據(jù)透視表】

1.2設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)透視表字段，篩選增加【姓名】，行數(shù)據(jù)依次增加【工號】、【身份證號碼】、【手機號碼】

2. 優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)透視表

1.1選擇透視表任意數(shù)據(jù)，菜單【設(shè)計】、分類匯總選擇【不顯示分類匯總】

1.2選擇透視表任意數(shù)據(jù)，菜單【設(shè)計】、報表布局選擇【以表格形式顯示】

3. 按姓名生成工作表，完成匯總數(shù)據(jù)拆分

選擇透視表任意數(shù)據(jù)，點擊菜單【分析】、【數(shù)據(jù)透視表】、【選項】，使用【顯示報表篩選頁】功能，以姓名生成工作表，完成匯總數(shù)據(jù)拆分。

做匯總數(shù)據(jù)的拆分，還能這么快……（院長滿滿的虛榮感）
