中國司法大數(shù)據(jù)：婚后這個時間段為婚姻破裂高發(fā)期

記者22日從最高人民法院獲悉，中國司法大數(shù)據(jù)研究院近日制作了有關(guān)離婚糾紛的專題報告。

報告顯示，2017年全國法院審結(jié)離婚糾紛案件140余萬件。

2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日的全國離婚糾紛一審審結(jié)案件顯示，婚后2年至7年為婚姻破裂的高發(fā)期。

數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在過去兩年的全國離婚糾紛一審審結(jié)案件中，73.4％的案件原告的性別為女性，年齡相差0至3歲的夫妻最多。

夫妻雙方只有一方想離婚，另外一方不同意離婚的案件占比為91.09％。

65.81％的案件判決結(jié)果為當(dāng)事人雙方繼續(xù)維持婚姻關(guān)系。

數(shù)據(jù)還顯示，77.51％的夫妻因感情不和向法院申請解除婚姻關(guān)系，14.86％的夫妻因家庭暴力向法院申請解除婚姻關(guān)系。

在全國離婚糾紛涉及家暴的一審審結(jié)案件中，有91.43％的案件是男性對女性實施家暴，家暴方式主要以毆打、打罵和辱罵為主。
