崗位職責：
1、 參與公司數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務策略設計，開展多維度業(yè)務分析工作
2、 協(xié)助建立公司咨詢服務大數(shù)據(jù)平臺
2、通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，進行市場與產(chǎn)品資源分析，尋找可能的商業(yè)機會和設計新的數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品形態(tài)
3、協(xié)助開展數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的商務開拓工作
4、協(xié)助完成公司內(nèi)部其他業(yè)務團隊的數(shù)據(jù)支持工作

崗位要求
1、 統(tǒng)計學，應用數(shù)學，計算機相關專業(yè)本科（含）以上學歷，研究生及以上學歷優(yōu)先
2、 有數(shù)據(jù)分析及建模相關經(jīng)驗，諸如客戶畫像與分類，產(chǎn)品市場表現(xiàn)的預測等
3、 可熟練使用SQL,Excel,PPT,SPSS等工具者優(yōu)先，獨立編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告并完成數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品設計
4、 良好的溝通交流能力，較好的邏輯分析能力
5、 在數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位或相關公司有2年以上工作經(jīng)驗
