神州泰岳7月31日晚間公告，公司計(jì)劃與關(guān)聯(lián)方北京啟天同信科技有限公司（簡稱“啟天同信”）共同出資2500萬元對控股子公司北京神州泰岳智能數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)有限公司(下稱“智能數(shù)據(jù)公司”）同比例增資。增資完成后，智能數(shù)據(jù)公司注冊資本為7000萬元。其中神州泰岳持股比例為85%，啟天同信持股比例為15%。

據(jù)了解，智能數(shù)據(jù)公司目前注冊資本4500萬元，系公司2013年11月收購的控股子公司，其中神州泰岳持股85%，啟天同信持股15%。智能數(shù)據(jù)公司定位于大數(shù)據(jù)行為分析和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營銷領(lǐng)域。本次增資金額為2500萬元，其中神州泰岳以自有資金出資2125萬元，啟天同信以貨幣資金出資375萬元。增資完成后，智能數(shù)據(jù)公司注冊資本由4500萬元變更至7000萬元，持股比例不變。

神州泰岳表示，智能數(shù)據(jù)公司定位于大數(shù)據(jù)行為分析和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營銷領(lǐng)域,項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施有利于擴(kuò)展公司移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)，提升公司在大數(shù)據(jù)處理和應(yīng)用方面的市場地位和業(yè)務(wù)能力，為更廣闊的行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域提供大數(shù)據(jù)處理與運(yùn)營解決方案。
