近年來，隨著西安東車輛段生產(chǎn)能力的大幅提升，對“生產(chǎn)組織能力、作業(yè)過程管理”提出更高的要求。為實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛檢修過程的有效指揮與監(jiān)控，他們運(yùn)用“大數(shù)據(jù)”，研發(fā)出“定檢網(wǎng)絡(luò)化修車系統(tǒng)”，并成功投入運(yùn)用。該系統(tǒng)通過共享編組站車輛信息數(shù)據(jù)，以“單輛車的檢修過程”為主線，將檢修中對生產(chǎn)組織有決策依據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集并實(shí)時(shí)共享、匯總、分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)各部門作業(yè)信息的整合與協(xié)同工作，提高檢修效率。

　　以往的修車計(jì)劃，需對存車情況進(jìn)行全面的登記，占整個(gè)修車計(jì)劃所需時(shí)間的70%，是制約影響修車進(jìn)度的主要原因。而使用“定檢網(wǎng)絡(luò)化修車系統(tǒng)”后，可實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享和有效傳遞，并全部通過PC端及手持機(jī)端獲取，也改變了紙質(zhì)信息傳遞容易錯(cuò)漏、不及時(shí)的弊端。該段運(yùn)用“大數(shù)據(jù)”實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化修車，日均修車量由55輛提升至75輛，人均日修車量處于全路領(lǐng)先。
