崗位職責： 

1、負責投資行為數(shù)據(jù)的分析，通過數(shù)據(jù)建模，進行相應分析研究； 

2、建設用戶行為特征庫，開展用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法研究； 

3、為產(chǎn)品設計、改進提供模型及數(shù)據(jù)支持。 
 

任職要求： 

1、本科及以上學歷，統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學、信息技術等相關專業(yè)； 

2、兩年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有數(shù)據(jù)模型建立和運營經(jīng)驗、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或金融行業(yè)相關經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 

3、熟悉Oracle，了解MySQL、Sql Server等其它數(shù)據(jù)庫技術； 

4、熟練使用PL/SQL、SAS、SPSS、Excel等工具，了解常用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法和模型； 

5、至少熟悉一種編程語言：Java或C++，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件：Python、Matlab、R等； 

6、具有良好的溝通能力，具備良好的團隊合作精神。
