崗位職責(zé)：
1.深入業(yè)務(wù)，了解淘寶推廣活動規(guī)則，理解業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作邏輯，利用數(shù)據(jù)分析手段，發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)瓶頸并提出行動建議；
2.分析業(yè)務(wù)問題，能夠獨(dú)立運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘各類算法自主構(gòu)建相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)模型；
3.從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律和知識，并能根據(jù)實(shí)際情況結(jié)合使用，編寫業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析報告
4.協(xié)助運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊與客戶交流,向客戶展示與產(chǎn)品、公司相關(guān)的各項核心數(shù)據(jù)，取得客戶對公司及服務(wù)的認(rèn)可；


崗位要求：
1.數(shù)學(xué)（計算數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等）、計算機(jī)科學(xué)（系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫等）、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
2.具備通過構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)模型，挖掘和分析數(shù)據(jù)的功底；有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)建模的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3.熟悉數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)分析方法，至少精通SPSS/SAS/EVIEWS/MATLAB/R語言等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具的其中一種；
4.熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，Word和Excel表格函數(shù)應(yīng)用嫻熟；
5.良好的邏輯思維能力和數(shù)據(jù)洞察力，能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)中有價值的信息；
6.對用戶行為分析有一定的理解和研究；
