職位描述：
1）對各平臺數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘與建模，建立有效的用戶、產(chǎn)品的分析模型供運(yùn)營部門數(shù)據(jù)化運(yùn)營使用，提高效率，擴(kuò)大用戶規(guī)模和收入；
2）根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)，設(shè)計有效的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)體系，進(jìn)行運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在商業(yè)機(jī)會、風(fēng)險或缺陷，提供決策數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3）通過對數(shù)據(jù)的深度分析，挖掘出用戶需求、用戶增長點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)點(diǎn)、運(yùn)營調(diào)整方向；
4）提供清晰明確的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營分析報告，為決策層、運(yùn)營、營銷人員提供決策支持；
5）指導(dǎo)數(shù)據(jù)處理專員的日常工作。
任職要求：
 1）計算機(jī)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
 2）具有深厚的數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論知識，深入了解相關(guān)技術(shù)；能熟練使用至少一種統(tǒng)計分析或數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具（如SPSS、SAS等）。
 3）二年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)；具有大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；具有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
 4）思維敏捷，良好的邏輯分析能力、良好的溝通及組織能力。
