崗位職能：
1)負責調研業(yè)務系統(tǒng)的后臺數(shù)據(jù)設計，業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)模型設計和ETL開發(fā)；
2)負責業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、BI系統(tǒng)的設計和搭建；
3)負責大數(shù)據(jù)存儲系統(tǒng)、分布式計算系統(tǒng)、挖掘算法等設計、研發(fā)以及維護、優(yōu)化工作；
4)滿足業(yè)務方的數(shù)據(jù)需求，提供面向業(yè)務的報表、數(shù)據(jù)提取等數(shù)據(jù)服務；
 
任職資格：
1)大學本科或以上學歷，計算機或信息技術相關專業(yè)；
2)至少3年數(shù)據(jù)庫或數(shù)據(jù)倉庫開發(fā)相關經驗； 
3)熟練使用Mysql等關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫，具備性能調優(yōu)經驗；
4)熟悉數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)集成、數(shù)據(jù)清洗和智能展示相關技術；熟悉并使用過至少一種ETL工具（Informatic， DataStage， Kettle等）、至少一種BI工具（Cognos， BO， Pentaho等）；
5)具有海量數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)分析相關項目的工作經驗者優(yōu)先； 
6)能獨立承擔分析模型的設計和系統(tǒng)搭建；
7)良好的溝通能力、團隊合作和極強的責任心，具備獨立深入分析和解決問題的能力；
