崗位職責：
1、監(jiān)控和分析產(chǎn)品流量、轉化率數(shù)據(jù)，深入挖掘各項數(shù)據(jù)，提出產(chǎn)品改進意見；
2、對網(wǎng)站各類排序算法邏輯熟悉，提高轉化率；
3、細分顧客要求，提出針對性營銷建議，提升老顧客留存率；
4、分析市場營銷的投資回報率，提出針對性改進建議；
5、改進數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。

崗位要求：
1、本科學歷及以上，計算機或相關等專業(yè)；
2、三年以上大型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有電子商務行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗更佳；
3、有成功項目經(jīng)驗，有團隊管理經(jīng)驗；
4、對網(wǎng)站前端技術有一定的了解，能有效與技術團隊溝通；
5、有較強的條理性、邏輯思維清晰，良好的表達、分析總結能力；
6、熟悉網(wǎng)站運營、理解網(wǎng)站業(yè)務邏輯及相關衡量標準；
7、熟悉一種或者幾種主流數(shù)據(jù)庫，如mysql、oracle、sql sever等。
