工作職責 
1、負責電商網(wǎng)站用戶數(shù)據(jù)的處理分析、挖掘和數(shù)據(jù)建模； 
2、負責客戶行為數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析，根據(jù)業(yè)務需求，規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)分析內(nèi)容，分析構建客戶行為研究模型，提交分析報告； 
3、配合有關人員完成數(shù)據(jù)處理的項目實施和數(shù)據(jù)分析，與項目組其他成員一起協(xié)作實施電商運營咨詢項目； 
 
任職要求： 
1、本科及以上學歷，統(tǒng)計學、社會學專業(yè)，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)或市場調(diào)查經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析方法； 
2、熟練使用excel、PPT等辦公軟件； 
3、掌握一種數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具（SPSS、SAS）；
4、熟悉SQL語言，并至少熟悉一種數(shù)據(jù)庫環(huán)境，如Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL等； 
5、良好的溝通交流能力，文字語言表達能力，較好的邏輯分析能力；
6、對大數(shù)據(jù)和云計算概念有初步了解，對大數(shù)據(jù)方向具有濃厚興趣； 
7、強烈的責任心、性格開朗、良好的學習能力，擅于協(xié)作、具備良好的團隊合作精神，能夠承受較大工作壓力。
