崗位職責(zé)：
1.         根據(jù)客戶現(xiàn)狀或需求，規(guī)劃項目方案，并對可執(zhí)行性給出合理的判斷、建議以及效果預(yù)估；
2.         熟悉常用數(shù)據(jù)分析算法，結(jié)合實際業(yè)務(wù)利用各類算法創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)模型，獨立制作數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
3.         把控項目整體執(zhí)行過程，處理過程中常規(guī)及應(yīng)急問題，協(xié)調(diào)溝通內(nèi)外部關(guān)系，保證項目執(zhí)行；
4.         項目執(zhí)行結(jié)束后，負責(zé)提供符合要求的項目結(jié)項報告，獨立為客戶講解方案以及項目匯報。
 
任職要求：
1.         本科以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.         熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論，熟悉SQL Server、MySQL、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫；
3.         對數(shù)字有較強的敏感度，熟練使用SAS、SPSS等各種數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具軟件；
4.         喜歡并了解汽車行業(yè)動態(tài)及車主需求，具備行業(yè)信息搜集及挖掘能力；
5.         熱愛數(shù)據(jù)分析，嚴謹?shù)倪壿嬎季S能力，能從大數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘潛在規(guī)律與本質(zhì)屬性；
6.         優(yōu)先條件：擁有兩年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；數(shù)據(jù)分析師資格證書者；駕照；英語。
