互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融交易規(guī)模暴增，大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)的人才缺口不斷放大，這是金融垂直搜索平臺融360日前發(fā)起的“金融數(shù)據(jù)建模大賽”透露出來的強烈信號。

以P2P為代表的網(wǎng)貸公司，目前規(guī)模在以每年翻5倍的趨勢增長，相互挖角、跳槽現(xiàn)象頻現(xiàn)。尤其是在今年兩會提出了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略，“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+金融”作為2015年的最熱門領(lǐng)域，吸引了各界的高度參與熱情。

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的核心是風(fēng)控，金融垂直搜索平臺融360副總裁李英浩說，一般中級經(jīng)驗水平的風(fēng)控人員在海外的年薪起碼12萬美元（折合人民幣74萬余元）以上。而在國內(nèi)，數(shù)據(jù)風(fēng)控模型目前在業(yè)界還處于前沿領(lǐng)域，沒有現(xiàn)成經(jīng)驗，因此急需社會各界特別是高校的新生力量加入。

國際上，一些知名的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘競賽，也都是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)巨頭“挑人”的好時機，每年都會有很多高校、Google、阿里、百度等知名企業(yè)參加。一些巨頭公司把自己的核心數(shù)據(jù)拿出來，進行脫敏處理后作為競賽數(shù)據(jù)源，從競賽中挖掘需要的人才。

中山大學(xué)華南統(tǒng)計科學(xué)研究中心執(zhí)行主任王學(xué)欽教授表示，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)里，既有BAT等大型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司的需求，也有很多新方向的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司對這方面人才非?？是?，如在線廣告、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)等。
