崗位職責： 
1) 對用戶的流量、用戶群、消費趨勢等數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，為優(yōu)化項目方案提供數(shù)據(jù)支持
2) 完成各項目的數(shù)據(jù)報表，并進行系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作
3) 分析用戶背景與行為，結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略確定改進方案
4）制作高質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)分析報告
5) 良好的英語讀寫能力
崗位要求：
1) 能熟練使用office辦公軟件
2) 能用SQL獨立完成簡單的數(shù)據(jù)提取
3）至少使用過一種數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析軟件，如R，SPSS、SAS等
4) 具有分析產(chǎn)品設計或用戶研究的能力和強烈的好奇心
5) 熟悉以用戶為中心的設計，了解用戶行為分析的方法
6）良好的工作態(tài)度以及抗壓能力
