主要職責(zé):
1、    負(fù)責(zé)項目BI體系的建設(shè)、完善工作，收集業(yè)務(wù)報表需求并進(jìn)行合理的BI實施。
2、    針對海量的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)建模，進(jìn)行客戶生命周期、價值分析、流失分析等。
3、    處理業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)需求，并對于常用重要需求轉(zhuǎn)化成數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品。
4、    根據(jù)項目需要，制定數(shù)據(jù)收集方案，挖掘并撰寫出有價值的專項分析報告。
5、    給內(nèi)部人員提供專業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，提供分析團(tuán)隊的整體業(yè)務(wù)能力。

基本要求（學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗、形象氣質(zhì)、專業(yè)技能 、工作態(tài)度和能力）:
1、  2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，有數(shù)據(jù)分析用戶屬性、行為特征方面經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
2、 熟知數(shù)據(jù)的采集方法、關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法、展現(xiàn)形式，有用戶建模、用戶行為分析、業(yè)務(wù)建模、數(shù)學(xué)建模等方面經(jīng)驗。
3、 熟練掌握和運(yùn)用SPSS，SAS等數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析工具，以及Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 等工作軟件。
4、  對數(shù)據(jù)有高度的敏感度和警覺性，思路清晰，能挖掘數(shù)據(jù)背后的意義，撰寫業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析報告。
5、 具備較強(qiáng)的項目組織實施能力、溝通交流能力和文字語言表達(dá)能力，工作細(xì)致踏實，責(zé)任心高。
