崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)分析過程中的數(shù)據(jù)提取，統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算和數(shù)據(jù)展示工作；
2.利用數(shù)據(jù)分析的都價(jià)值信息，為各類決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3.協(xié)助統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法與流程的設(shè)計(jì)，分析模型的優(yōu)化；
4.與數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)溝通，將固化分析加入分析系統(tǒng)；
5.監(jiān)督數(shù)據(jù)信息安全，數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
任職要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)或數(shù)據(jù)挖掘專業(yè)方向/信息、數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.熟練運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)處理及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分析方法，擅長(zhǎng)利用模型進(jìn)行分析、預(yù)測(cè)；
3.熟練使用EXCEL操作技能，掌握SPSS/SAS/ACCESS或VBA優(yōu)先；
4.為人耐心細(xì)致，工作認(rèn)真，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能夠主動(dòng)溝通分享；
5.良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，能從大量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果，有數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘、清洗和建模的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
