基礎(chǔ)學(xué)習(xí)：Excel的篩選功能_數(shù)據(jù)分析師


今天分享如何使用Excel中的篩選功能。

步驟一：首先，我們打開Excel文檔，如下圖片。

步驟二：選擇第一行要添加篩選的單元格，然后選擇開始菜單下的“排序和篩選”(工具欄的右邊)，點(diǎn)擊后，在下拉列表里選擇“篩選”。

步驟三：然后第一行的標(biāo)題行都出現(xiàn)一個(gè)“三角形”圖標(biāo)，點(diǎn)擊，然后我們可以看到篩選，然后在“搜索”欄里輸入要篩選的信息即可(舉例1601)再點(diǎn)確定即可。

篩選結(jié)果如下，其它的數(shù)據(jù)將都被隱藏了，只顯示篩選條件的信息。

1、同類篩選

當(dāng)我們對(duì)某一資料數(shù)據(jù)不是很全面，或者是某一類數(shù)據(jù)有共同特征，下面我們來(lái)用“*”號(hào)來(lái)代替前的數(shù)據(jù)。如下篩選，

顯示的結(jié)果如下，出現(xiàn)工號(hào)含有“0”數(shù)字的數(shù)據(jù)。

2、自定義篩選

我們比如對(duì)“職務(wù)工資”進(jìn)行篩選，同樣操作，點(diǎn)篩選符號(hào)，再點(diǎn)“數(shù)字篩選”選擇已有的條件，或者點(diǎn)自定義也可以。如下圖所示

顯示的結(jié)果如下，出現(xiàn)職務(wù)工資大于或等于2000的數(shù)據(jù)。
