崗位職責(zé)：
負(fù)責(zé)海量數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控和分析，結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品或者業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)劃，設(shè)計(jì)主題和策略，從數(shù)據(jù)層面進(jìn)行深度分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘；
深入理解業(yè)務(wù)和用戶，基于數(shù)據(jù)透析業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，尋找特定主題的問題根源或者挖掘關(guān)聯(lián)性，并推動原有算法或者模型的迭代，給出明確的指導(dǎo)意見
 
任職要求：
統(tǒng)計(jì)，數(shù)學(xué)，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等專業(yè)，兩年以上專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
扎實(shí)的機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)/nlp理論和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，熟練使用spss/sas/matlab/weka等工具，具備unix/linux環(huán)境工作能力，能使用shell/python等腳本語言優(yōu)先；
能夠編寫合理高效的sql語句，具備hadoop使用經(jīng)歷，能夠完成大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)處理優(yōu)先；
優(yōu)秀的分析問題和解決問題的能力，對解決具有挑戰(zhàn)性問題充滿激情；
抗壓能力強(qiáng)，良好的邏輯思維能力，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
