職位描述:
1、分析日常的部門業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，為產(chǎn)品，業(yè)務(wù)、運(yùn)營部門提供分析報(bào)告和改進(jìn)建議；
2、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)分析，定期完成日、周、月、季報(bào)等數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告工作；
3、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)平臺的維護(hù)、優(yōu)化；
4、深度挖掘用戶行為特征及規(guī)律，為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐；
5、進(jìn)線系統(tǒng)分類，并與質(zhì)控共同完成重復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)線分析。


崗位要求：
1、專科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，具有較強(qiáng)邏輯思維能力，具備優(yōu)秀的分析能力和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘能力；
3、具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，能夠獨(dú)立完成數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告；
4、了解和熟悉至少一種數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件，如：oracle、mysql、sql server等；
5、能熟練使用Excel與PPT。
