任職要求：
1、具有統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的理論基礎，精通數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與分析的相關知識，具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)模型設計能力；
2、具有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、分析相關項目經(jīng)驗，曾經(jīng)參與過比較完整的數(shù)據(jù)采集、整理、分析工作；
3、具備良好的邏輯分析能力和系統(tǒng)性思維能力；
4、對數(shù)據(jù)有一定敏感，善于利用各種途徑收集數(shù)據(jù)信息，具有對數(shù)據(jù)分析對比的能力，能夠利用分散的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘其內(nèi)在的價值；
5、掌握SPSS、SAS、Weka、R等相關數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件；
6、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)分析或者Hadoop Mahout大規(guī)模并行分析者優(yōu)先。
 
崗位職責：
1.調(diào)研方案的制定；                                                    
2.數(shù)據(jù)渠道維護；
3. 數(shù)據(jù)整理、統(tǒng)計、分析                                               
4. 完成數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析報告（定期或?qū)ｎ}）
