崗位職責：
1、負責平臺相關數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析，為運營決策、產(chǎn)品方向、銷售策略提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
2、對行業(yè)和競爭對手進行調(diào)研，并定期提供調(diào)研分析報告；
3、對各類運營數(shù)據(jù)進行規(guī)整、采集、匯總、分析，并得出用結論；
4、在運營部門負責人的指導下，設計與建立統(tǒng)計分析模型；
5、與相關部門的溝通，積極收集數(shù)據(jù)；

任職要求：
1、數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計、計算機，或經(jīng)濟等相關專業(yè)，大學本科及以上學歷，3年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電信、或金融一年年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析，市場調(diào)研經(jīng)驗；
3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論，有海量數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，熟練使用SQL、SPSS、SAS等進行數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
4、具備良好的溝通能力和表達能力，能夠獨立開展業(yè)務調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，能熟練運用PPT編制分析報告；
5、有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能承受一定的工作壓力；
6、有軟件設計開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮，有（互聯(lián)網(wǎng)）金融行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮.
