崗位職責：
1、分析每日、每周和每月的運營數(shù)據(jù)；
2、通過用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)建模、分析用戶特征等，為業(yè)務決策提供參考； 
3、負責建立數(shù)據(jù)報表體系，及時準確監(jiān)控運營狀況并提供專業(yè)分析報告； 
4、負責數(shù)據(jù)分析體系的不斷優(yōu)化及沉淀。
任職要求： 
1、本科以上學歷； 
2、有數(shù)據(jù)建模經(jīng)驗，熟練運用各項數(shù)據(jù)分析方法和工具；
3、嚴密的數(shù)學思維、良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度、突出的分析和歸納能力、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達能力；
4、兩年數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)相關經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 
5、具備熟練的MYSQL編寫能力，熟練Excel+VBA圖表處理；
6、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)倉庫EDW/BI技術，有大數(shù)據(jù)量處理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
