職位描述：
1、負責業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)收集整理，對多種數(shù)據(jù)源的進行深度診斷性組合分析、挖掘、深度分析和建模；
2、提供分析報告，對產(chǎn)品運營活動給予評估，為公司運營決策、產(chǎn)品方向、銷售策略提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3、保持與業(yè)務部門溝通并推進行動，跟蹤行動結(jié)果。
任職要求：
1、計算機、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學、信息技術(shù)本科及以上學歷，2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷；
2、熟悉mysql等主流數(shù)據(jù)庫,熟練運用SQL；
3、有分布式數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、熟悉R/SPSS/SAS等主流統(tǒng)計軟件者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度,能從海量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果；有豐富的數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘經(jīng)驗；
4、邏輯能力強，能獨立編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題。
5、具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
