崗位職責(zé)：
1、負責(zé)各類業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)提取、匯總統(tǒng)計分析，依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果為業(yè)務(wù)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
2、根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求進行數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，完善業(yè)務(wù)統(tǒng)計分析模型，定期提交分析報告；
3、負責(zé)與業(yè)務(wù)部門臨時數(shù)據(jù)分析需求的調(diào)研、分析及實現(xiàn)；
4、負責(zé)與各部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)需求并提出各種新的數(shù)據(jù)分析項目或方案，并對業(yè)務(wù)問題進行深入分析，為公司運營決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，并提供針對性改善建議，不斷提高運營質(zhì)量；
5、根據(jù)需求搭建內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫，建立數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘模型、評估模型、應(yīng)用模型并進行維護、部署和評估。
 
任職要求：
1、本科（含）以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、金融、經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、至少熟練掌握和運用一種統(tǒng)計軟件（SAS、SPSS、R等），精通excel公式函數(shù)；
3、具備業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)建模相關(guān)分析理論知識和工作經(jīng)驗；
4、有較強的對業(yè)務(wù)理解與分析能力，了解業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃與策劃。良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，能從海量數(shù)據(jù)中提煉核心結(jié)果；
5、從事P2P行業(yè)及其他金融行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮；
6、創(chuàng)新能力強，較強的邏輯分析能力和數(shù)據(jù)敏感性；抗壓能力強；對工作有責(zé)任心、積極主動完成工作。
