崗位職責(zé)：
1、威鋒網(wǎng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、數(shù)據(jù)集市建設(shè)； 
2、產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的用戶、運營數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析、挖掘、預(yù)測； 
3、數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)系統(tǒng)、工具平臺的設(shè)計、研發(fā)；
4、基于用戶行為的分析、建模，利用用戶行為模型進行產(chǎn)品的評測和改進。
 
任職要求：
1、熱愛互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，對大數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘有濃厚的興趣； 
2、精通至少一門編程語言（C\C++、Java、js、php、python），對數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和算法設(shè)計有較為深刻的理解； 
3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫，有海量數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗，熟練使用hadoop /mysql和hive； 
4、對多維分析、數(shù)據(jù)建模有深刻的理解； 
5、良好的邏輯思維能力，能夠從海量數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有價值的規(guī)律，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)、發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵問題； 
6、強烈的上進心和求知欲，較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和溝通能力，具備良好的團隊合作精神； 
7、熟悉分布式計算或高性能并行計算原理，并有相關(guān)項目經(jīng)驗，有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、機器學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮
