崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)分析和監(jiān)控，為產(chǎn)品和營(yíng)銷部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷方向；
2.周期性地對(duì)海量產(chǎn)品銷售數(shù)據(jù)處理，特征提取與分析，進(jìn)行商業(yè)價(jià)值挖掘，并能夠定期形成整體產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)分析文檔；
3.網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品和用戶分析，把握產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)變化并能快速定位原因；
4.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)指標(biāo)規(guī)劃，通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù)，不斷推動(dòng)公司產(chǎn)品方向和定位提出優(yōu)化策略；
5.參與數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與優(yōu)化

任職要求：
1.二至三年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析背景，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司或者蘭亭集勢(shì)數(shù)據(jù)分析背景的優(yōu)先；
2.認(rèn)可互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維，能接受高挑戰(zhàn)、強(qiáng)壓力、多維度高頻的工作模式；
3.精通Excel，掌握R、SAS、SPSS任一數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
4.較強(qiáng)的分析能力，邏輯推理能力，喜歡和數(shù)字打交道，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致；
5.優(yōu)秀的文檔撰寫表達(dá)能力和口頭表述能力.
