崗位職責(zé)：
1、熟練運(yùn)用SQL語(yǔ)句提取數(shù)據(jù)，根據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的需要，進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營(yíng)中存在的問題，提出改善運(yùn)營(yíng)質(zhì)量的方法和建議；
2、監(jiān)控運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)，客戶行為分析，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)變化，并提出合理化運(yùn)營(yíng)建議；
3、能根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求建立分析機(jī)制，數(shù)據(jù)模型，提出業(yè)績(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的分析指標(biāo)，形成分析報(bào)告；
4、 每季度提交兩份運(yùn)營(yíng)分析報(bào)告以輔助和支持決策，最終驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)品及運(yùn)營(yíng)的發(fā)展；
5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交予的其它工作。
崗位要求：
（1） 本科及以上學(xué)歷；
（2） 熟練使用SQL，熟悉至少一種數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件；
（3） 一年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有用戶行為分析、數(shù)學(xué)建模經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
（4） 熟悉R/SAS/SPSS/MATLAB等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件優(yōu)先；
（5） 對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感，能從數(shù)據(jù)里發(fā)現(xiàn)有價(jià)值的業(yè)務(wù)信息；
（6） 良好的邏輯分析能力及問題解決能力。
