崗位責(zé)任：
1、負責(zé)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，提出數(shù)據(jù)分析需求、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘需求的方案；
2、對多種數(shù)據(jù)源進行診斷性分析、組合分析、深度分析、挖掘和建模等，從數(shù)據(jù)分析中挖掘產(chǎn)品 需求, 提出產(chǎn)品改善方案；
3、通過對用戶和產(chǎn)品理解，不斷完善用戶特征數(shù)據(jù)，建立用戶行為模型；
4、定期監(jiān)控和收集競品數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，幫助產(chǎn)品在市場中有核心競爭力；
5、完成部門日常的其他數(shù)據(jù)支持工作；

崗位要求：
1、碩士以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、計算機、統(tǒng)計專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、1年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
3、精通各種數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法，有實際建模項目經(jīng)驗，熟練使用SAS等分析軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，尤其是大數(shù)據(jù)處理和建模的經(jīng)驗；
4、熟悉Hadoop，MapReduce等分布式并行處理技術(shù)，有過將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法并行化的經(jīng)驗；
