崗位職責：
該崗位針對銀行風險管理、授信評級、客戶營銷、運營績效等應(yīng)用場景進行數(shù)據(jù)分析和模型構(gòu)建。負責根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和分析目標，設(shè)定特征變量，選取數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法，如關(guān)聯(lián)分析、聚類分析、決策樹、邏輯回歸、神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)等，并運用平臺軟件或開源工具進行模型構(gòu)造、驗證和優(yōu)化，形成符合業(yè)務(wù)標準的執(zhí)行策略。同時負責運用統(tǒng)計分析，對銀行業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行深入解析和各類圖表展示設(shè)計，實現(xiàn)各項業(yè)務(wù)運行指標的動態(tài)監(jiān)測。

任職資格的具體描述：
統(tǒng)計學、應(yīng)用數(shù)學、計算機等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷；
熟練掌握各種統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法，熟練使用SPSS、R等相關(guān)軟件平臺及開源工具；
2年以上數(shù)據(jù)挖掘或數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗
具有金融行業(yè)應(yīng)用項目的開發(fā)及知識背景，熟悉風險管理、客戶營銷、運營監(jiān)測等更佳
具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度、良好的業(yè)務(wù)理解和溝通協(xié)作能力
