一個智慧城市到底長什么樣？一千個人心中有一千個模樣，但有幾個要素恐怕難以回避：是快速互聯(lián)的——網(wǎng)絡(luò)一定要好；是深度開放的——將大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于方方面面；是方便快捷的——讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和每個行業(yè)連接在一起。

　　上海市經(jīng)信委主任李耀新１８日在做客“２０１５上海民生訪談”時就透露，經(jīng)信委將會同大運營商和各職能部門，爭取接下來率先把網(wǎng)速提上去，資費用市場經(jīng)濟(jì)來解決。

　　智慧城市還離不開大數(shù)據(jù)的支持。李耀新表示，上海目前還正在建立產(chǎn)業(yè)化智能交通系統(tǒng)?！艾F(xiàn)在在進(jìn)行示范工程的落地，首選就是在外灘。在特大型城市里面，不可預(yù)測隨時隨地會產(chǎn)生大人流。用移動信號，對三大運營商和大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行智能化分析，將來可以推送手機(jī)客戶端，當(dāng)事人會提前得到提醒，甚至可以提供有效疏散路線?！?/span>

　　不過，使用大數(shù)據(jù)，開放是前提，尤其是在移動互聯(lián)的背景下，云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)都成常識，政府的信息化就不能形成信息孤島。李耀新說，未來就需要政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放?！氨热缒E天氣很多人在用，如果各個氣象局說對不起我數(shù)據(jù)不公開，那還怎么玩？政府的數(shù)據(jù)資源扮演著非常重要的角色?！?/span>

　　城市的智能建立在互聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ)上，需要“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)＋”大膽創(chuàng)新，而對此，李耀新表示，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)跟各行各業(yè)融合的時候，有內(nèi)在規(guī)律，不是所有的地方都是“風(fēng)口”。“我們要保持清醒，哪些方面可行，哪些方面還沒有到這個階段。”目前，上海市經(jīng)信委已經(jīng)制定了重點領(lǐng)域的清單，包括３６個行業(yè)。
