崗位職責：
1、針對公司網(wǎng)站和合作搜索引擎的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控，進行數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測、分析、統(tǒng)計和設計；
2、負責對網(wǎng)站的UV、PV、訪問深度、跳失率、轉(zhuǎn)化率、熱點圖等做專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析；
3、分析網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品、用戶行為等運營數(shù)據(jù)，為產(chǎn)品、運營及市場推廣提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
4、以數(shù)據(jù)為依托制定精準營銷流程規(guī)范，對線上廣告營銷進行數(shù)據(jù)分析和評估，提供數(shù)據(jù)報表和改善建議，提升營銷效果；
5、負責或參與公司各項數(shù)據(jù)項目研究，執(zhí)行項目管理工作，為公司高層決策做數(shù)據(jù)支持。
任職要求：
1、1年以上的網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，熟練使用常見的網(wǎng)站統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，有百度、360、搜狗等搜索類行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
2、良好的邏輯思維能力，敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)洞察力，較強的總結(jié)歸納能力；
3、了解互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和網(wǎng)絡營銷模式，能制作有針對性的數(shù)據(jù)分析報告。
