崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)運營工作所需數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理與分析，推動數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與完善；
2、負(fù)責(zé)手機游戲產(chǎn)品和手機支付產(chǎn)品各環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)的分析工作；
3、整理編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題，為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供決策支持；
4、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的需求分析及數(shù)據(jù)整理，深度挖掘產(chǎn)品及用戶價值。

任職要求：
1、有很強的數(shù)據(jù)處理及統(tǒng)計分析能力，對數(shù)字敏感；
2、具備良好的溝通能力及團隊合作能力，熱愛分享，并與團隊高效合作；
3、具備良好的邏輯思維能力，良好的業(yè)務(wù)解讀能力，能夠從海量數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有價值的規(guī)律；
4、國家統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、計算機等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
5、精通SQL、EXCEL、PPT等，熟練使用SPSS、SAS等分析工具的優(yōu)先考慮。
6、誠信、敬業(yè)、積極負(fù)責(zé)、良好的溝通及團隊協(xié)作能力，具有較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力及良好的溝通能力。
