職位描述：
 
1、進行業(yè)務指標分析，挖掘數(shù)據(jù)中的規(guī)律及問題，為業(yè)務決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
2、建立客戶資源表現(xiàn)報表體系，挖掘數(shù)據(jù)中的規(guī)律及問題，提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3、確?？蛻糍Y源的正常供給使用及制定使用計劃；
4、監(jiān)控客戶資源的數(shù)量及質(zhì)量，合理制定資源的生產(chǎn)計劃，確?？蛻糍Y源與銷售緊密結(jié)
合，為銷售端提供更為準確有效且滿足數(shù)量要求的準客戶。
 
應聘資格：  
1、全日制大學本科以上學歷，3年以上工作經(jīng)驗； 
2、較強溝通能力以及組織協(xié)調(diào)能力； 
3、熟練使用excel軟件，擅長批量數(shù)據(jù)處理。
 
本崗位為平安公司正式員工，非銷售崗位，實行五天工作制，享受五險一金。
