工作職責(zé)
1.  搭建維護部門數(shù)據(jù)庫，按需求展現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果界面；
2.  參與業(yè)務(wù)部門臨時數(shù)據(jù)分析需求的調(diào)研、分析及實現(xiàn)；
3.  整理編寫商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題，為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供決策支持；
4.  完成公司交辦的其他工作。
 
任職要求
1.  大專以上學(xué)歷；
2.  3年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗；
3.  熟練使用Excel高階公式，熟練編寫VBA代碼，熟練使用Access查詢語句，會兩種以上的數(shù)據(jù)分析/統(tǒng)計類軟件；
4.  擁有量化的思維，良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，能從海量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果。
