崗位職責(zé)：
1、網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析：對網(wǎng)站流量、用戶行為、廣告渠道、網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)化效果的數(shù)據(jù)提取、監(jiān)測與分析，為廣告投放提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和決策建議；
2、運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)分析：負(fù)責(zé)各業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測與分析，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)異常和波動(dòng)診斷的數(shù)據(jù)分析和支持工作；
3、用戶數(shù)據(jù)分析：對用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和用戶畫像，為產(chǎn)品和運(yùn)營提供更精準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)用戶；
4、BI系統(tǒng)建設(shè)：搭建和完善公司運(yùn)營指標(biāo)體系，參與設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)工具和數(shù)據(jù)平臺；
5、專題分析：對特定的問題進(jìn)行專門的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和數(shù)據(jù)建模，用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)品和運(yùn)營。

任職要求：
1、2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠系統(tǒng)性的思考和分析問題，具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感性
2、至少精通一種以上的網(wǎng)站分析工具，如Google Analytics、百度統(tǒng)計(jì)、CNZZ等
3、熟練使用SQL及Excel，懂得SPSS、SAS、R、Python等經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
4、具備良好的溝通能力，能夠進(jìn)行跨團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)
5、具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，有責(zé)任心和較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力
