　　鄭惠強(qiáng)說,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)具有定位、搜索、挖掘和深度分析功能,可以為預(yù)警分析提供科學(xué)方法,而網(wǎng)格化管理技術(shù)則把活動(dòng)區(qū)域劃分為一個(gè)個(gè)網(wǎng)格,依托統(tǒng)一的城市數(shù)字化管理平臺(tái)對(duì)網(wǎng)格實(shí)時(shí)巡查,主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)急處置。因此,運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)和網(wǎng)格化技術(shù)保障城市公共安全,可以不干擾城市正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和市民正常生活,是比較經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)和可行的選擇。

　　鄭惠強(qiáng)建議:要梳理重要“商業(yè)圈、文化圈、生活圈”等人口密集區(qū)域人流數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建基于大數(shù)據(jù)和網(wǎng)格化技術(shù)相融合、相支撐的城市公共安全管理平臺(tái),統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,協(xié)同管理。破除部分行業(yè)單位在政府公共信息資源利用中的壁壘,為大數(shù)據(jù)和網(wǎng)格化技術(shù)應(yīng)用提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
